About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who received his Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University. I have completed the fellowship program at the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis, and am currently a Triadic Supervisor for Northwestern University’s Masters in Counseling program. In the past, I worked at numerous community mental health agencies helping LGBTQ+ youth of color in Chicago’s south and west side, and worked at a program for higher-need patients.

I believe deeply in the therapeutic process, and am understanding towards it’s foibles and triumphs. I also am understanding towards the fear of beginning of therapy, and how it can feel like a tremendous endeavor. I hope that you are able to find some relief in the comfort of becoming more connected to yourself, and you’re wanting to gain insight into your life. And ultimately, that you realize therapy with me is not as scary as it may seem.
